Black Ministers Meet With Top Cuomo Advisors on LaGuardia Minority Hiring
Some of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's top aides told an influential group of black ministers Tuesday that the state would push for minority-owned firms to receive 30 percent of the highest level contracts to rebuild LaGuardia Airport's central terminal.
